Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains billing, cancellation, and refunds for MyTBox, operated by NEXSTREAM CORP. It supplements Section 7 of our Terms of Service.
Connection-first billing
You can connect to your vehicle and confirm a working connection before you are charged. We begin your recurring subscription only when you choose to subscribe to unlock live data — so you know the product works for your vehicle and setup before any money changes hands.
Recurring billing
Subscriptions are monthly and recurring. Your subscription renews automatically each month at the then-current price (see Pricing) and you are charged until you cancel. Payments are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
Cancellation — anytime
You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; you will not be billed again. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. To cancel, use the manage-subscription link in the receipt/billing email Paddle sends you, or contact hello@mytbox.io.
Refunds
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and all refunds are governed by Paddle's Refund Policy, which applies in full. In summary:
- Unless required by applicable law, transactions are non-refundable.
- Paddle may grant a refund at its discretion within 14 days of purchase, assessed case-by-case; approval is not guaranteed.
- Where local consumer-protection laws grant a statutory right of withdrawal or cancellation, those rights apply.
To request a refund, contact hello@mytbox.io or Paddle via the receipt/billing email you received.
Service availability
MyTBox reads data your vehicle exposes through the manufacturer's own diagnostic interface, which is outside our control (see Terms §4). If the manufacturer restricts or removes that access and the Service can no longer function for your vehicle, we will stop future billing as soon as reasonably possible and you may cancel at any time. This is a service-continuity commitment and does not change the refund terms above.
